2 Acceptance 2(b) When the proposal is accepted, it becomes a promise.
3 Promisor & Promisee 2(c) Promisor makes the proposal; Promisee accepts it.
4 Consideration 2(d) Something in return—act or abstinence—done at promisor’s desire.
